Our fee for arranging a property sale is 1.5% of the final contract sale price. Our fee includes all the marketing materials that you would need, a bespoke individual property website, full advertising, and a personal one to one service dedicated to achieving your goals.
MCS provide a comprehensive service designed to source the best possible tenants for your property. We will be with you to provide a complete package from initial discussion to the day that your new tenants move in. Fees for this service are charged at 75% of the first months rent .
To take over the management of a pre tenanted rental property we charge no up front fees, just an ongoing management fee of 10% of the gross monthly rent with the following additional costs.
Full management with rent collected by others
To take over the management of a pre tenanted rental property where we are not required to collect rents we would charge no up front fees, just an ongoing management fee of 8% of the gross monthly rent.
Rent collection only
To provide a rent collection service for a pre tenanted rental property where we are not required to provide property management we charge no up front fees just an ongoing fee of 4% of the gross monthly rent.
Fees charged to Tenants
The Tenant Fees Act 2019 came into force on 1st June 2019. Under this Act it is no longer permissible for Agents or Landlords to charge fees to tenants, other than in a small selection of prescribed circumstances as set out by law. Please ask for further details.
MCS Property Sourcing is charged at 1% of the purchase price paid on legal completion of the transaction. This service is intended to save you both time and money and we will work with you to negotiate the best possible terms on any chosen property.
