What we charge:

Our full management fee is 10% of the monthly rent

Our tenant finding fee is 75% of the first months rent

How we do it

Our tenant finding fee includes:

  • Providing advice on local rental market, legal requirements, and how to prepare a property for rental

  • Creation of bespoke internet advertising for the main UK internet property portals and our social media channels

  • Arranging viewings and vetting of prospective candidates

  • Detailed tenant referencing

  • Creation of tenancy agreement and associated legal requirements and documents

  • Handling of security deposit and advance rental payments

  • Personal check in service and final completion of paperwork on the tenancy start date

Our management fee includes:

  • Providing a full time property management service, dealing with all day to day issues that may arise

  • Advising on ongoing legal requirements for landlords

  • Organising property maintenance visits via suitable contractors

  • Advising on rent increases and potential tenancy extensions

  • Negotiating tenancy renewals

  • Ending tenancies and organising security deposit returns
