“Faced with selling a relatively expensive home, our first thought was to assign a big brand Estate Agent. Their exclusive and extensive client databases were heavily promoted to us but, in reality, we realised no one really “owned” relationships with prospective purchasers anymore; the Internet had ended that. He is a master of process but also a personal guide with whom one can share one’s more irrational moments – common in any house sale – comfortable in the knowledge that they will remain confidential and that he will politely guide you back to the ultimate goal. Which is a clean sale at the right price.
